Rent is $1000 per month utility bills inclusive in the monthly payment and makes you entitled to all the utilities.
Plus $1000 for a security deposit which is refundable during departure.

The Apt: freshly renovated about 4 years ago when I moved in, crown molding, ceiling fans, windows in every room, fresh kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher).
Your room: the middle room with a great closet. The bedrooms share one door with each having a 2nd separate entrance. You'd only need to furnish your bedroom, I have everything else!

The brownstone apartment is located in Crown Heights near the A/C and 2/3/4 trains.
It's a 2 bedroom apartment, the master bedroom is occupied by 2 people, and the second bedroom is available to rent out.
